YES….IT IS POSSIBLE!

THE ANCIENT CHINESE DISCOVERED IT CENTURIES AGO!

YOU CAN REVERSE THE AGING PROCESS
AND EXTEND LIFESPAN

HUNDREDS OF RESEARCHERS IN WHITE COATS IN NORTH AMERICA AND WESTERN EUROPE HAVE BEEN TINKERING WITH THEIR TEST TUBES TO DISCOVER THE SECRET OF REJUVENATION
BUT NONE OF THEM LOOKS A DAY YOUNGER THAN THEIR
CHRONOLOGICAL AGE!

For the entire period of recorded history, the Chinese have been the most advanced nation on earth except for the last 400 years. They had great cities and universities when my western European ancestors were living in stone huts with mud floors.

Check it out! Every major invention on earth prior to the past few centuries was invented in China first….that includes the printing press, paper, gun powder, the compass, hydraulics, mathematics, horticulture, the blast furnace, agriculture, metallurgy, engineering, music theory, rockets, the exploding cannonball, naval mines, craftsmanship, music theory and the list goes on and on. They even invented the repeating crossbow hundreds of years before the single-shot crossbow was invented in Europe.

The reasons for the 400 year lapse are many, but many believe it is attributable to the feudal system of government in China whereby the Emperor controlled everything and the people were allowed no free will and were only valued for their physical labour. I am sure it is much more complicated than that, but for whatever reasons, it put the brakes on Chinese advancement.

Nevertheless, during this 400 years of downtime, the arts, the sciences and their historical knowledge were not allowed to die. The practices continued handed down from master to master, sometimes in secret but often openly.

MY EYES WERE OPENED WHEN I VISITED THE
TRADITIONAL REGIONS OF CHINA

The Ancient Art of Human Rejuvenation is alive and well in south-western China in the region of Chongqing, carried on by Grand Master Tian Yong. Tian Yong, a woman currently in her mid-50’s is still mistaken for a woman in her twenties. Tian Yong has no vanity….looking young is of little importance to her, but the appearance of youth is a by-product of her rejuvenation art that is probably most welcomed by people living in western industrial countries.

WEIGHT LOSS
(Easy in Chongqing; seemingly impossible in North America)

My name is Brian Cox and I’m the co-author of the book on reversing the aging process. I was not only intrigued by Tian Yong’s art when I first went to China in 2001, but also by how slim the people of Chongqing were. They eat more calories, more saturated fat and more carbohydrates daily than North Americans, yet are amongst the slimmest people in the world. At that time most Chongqing people had never seen an obese person except in Hollywood movies, and they actually thought the obese persons they saw in films were made by computer.

The slimness of the Chinese is not genetic as those that immigrate to western industrialized countries, or are born in these countries, become just as fat as everyone else.

Tian Yong says that if weight loss is called a system, diet, program, etc., it is bound to fail and if one does lose weight it is bound to return when the system, diet, program, etc. is discontinued. The “secret” she says, is lifestyle.

Being overweight or obese in North America is so commonplace, it is hardly noticeable. We don’t really expect people over thirty-five or forty years to have retained the slim body they may have had at twenty or twenty-five years. In Chongqing, you will see thousands of women in their fifties and sixties with the slim body of a young woman. Tian Yong’s body not only looks young, she has the flexibility, balance, coordination and skin tone of a twenty-five year old.

HOW DOES ONE SLOW THE AGING PROCESS AND RETAIN THE APPEARANCE OF YOUTH?

In the western world, where all our efforts to reverse aging and retain youthful appearance have failed, everything comes down to diet, exercise, face crèmes and possibly some pills (drugs).

DIET (Only a small part of the solution)

We are told to “eat right”, but what does that mean? Most of our western diets involve either reducing carbohydrates or reducing fats. For looking younger and keeping slim….how is that working out for you?
Avoid saturated fats? Do you think Palaeolithic Man 40,000 years ago had non-saturated fats in his diet, i.e., access to vegetable oils? It was the Palaeolithic period when our genes formed as modern humans. Whatever he ate, is what our bodies are designed to eat. No fast foods, no packaged foods, no fats made in a laboratory. In most areas of China, at least from Beijing south, the Chinese eat copious amounts of rice and noodles, both of which are carbohydrates. According to the advice that our “experts” give us, they should all be obese.

EXERCISE (Important, but also only a small part of the solution)

Along with the “eat right” advice, we are told to “exercise”, but there are so many types of exercise, which exercises will keep us slim and contribute to reversing the aging process? There are long duration cardiovascular or respiratory exercises, alternating high and low intensity, plyometric, isometric, isokinetic, stretching, range of motion, resistance/strengthening, and the list goes on. Tian Yong stresses moderation as extreme exercise of almost any type may provide short term benefits but it will probably accelerate the aging process. Marathon runners, for example, have very weak immune systems and are much more likely to be affected by viruses than the moderate exerciser or occasional exerciser. Some exercise will clearly assist you in reversing the aging process, while others will have little or no affect, and still others will accelerate the aging process.

CAN THE AGING PROCESS ACTUALLY BE REVERSED?

Even people who don’t believe it possible have probably seen examples of it. If a man is an overweight, couch potato addicted to cigarettes and unhealthy junk foods at 50 years of age, but is told by his doctor that he will probably be dead by 55 because of his lifestyle, such a person often has an awakening motivated by the fear of death. He starts an exercise program and gradually increases the intensity and variety. He stops smoking and also starts to avoid the unhealthy foods and eats plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains and quality protein. At 60, he is slim, stronger, healthy and even looks a bit younger than he did at 50. Tens of thousands of people have done this, i.e., their biological age reversed as their chronological age advanced.

CHINESE REJUVENATION AND ANTI-AGING ART

Although the foregoing is a beneficial but minor example of reversing the aging process, the ancient Chinese art involves much more than avoiding the “couch potato” lifestyle, eating a healthier diet and adapting an exercise program.  There is far more to the art than that and Tian Yong says the mind is every bit as important, possibly more important, than diet and exercise because the mind is constantly sending messages to the body. Furthermore, the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) come into play. Many doctors of conventional medicine in western societies disparage TCM because they know nothing about it. In China, it is not an alternative medicine, it is mainstream. All the major hospitals in China include both western conventional medicine and TCD, including the ultra-modern, advanced military hospitals. Doctors from one discipline will not hesitate to send a patient to a doctor of the other discipline if they feel the patient can receive superior treatment.

I recall seeing a PBS documentary years ago called “Healing and the Mind” whereby a doctor from Harvard University was sent to Beijing to study TCM and the Chinese medical system. When interviewed, he stated outright that the Chinese can cure some diseases and ailments that cannot be cured in the west. Tian Yong’s mother, a retired conventionally trained surgeon, goes immediately to a TCM doctor when she herself is sick.

The main obstacle for people living in western industrialized societies when desiring to slow down, stop or even reverse the aging process, is their own mental conditioning. If something does not originate in a laboratory through the efforts of people in white coats…it must be bogus or quackery. Remember, we have all been brought up to believe there is a pill for everything since we have been bombarded by TV ads telling us this since we were infants. If you have a cold…take a pill; if you have a sore back…take a pill; if you are feeling depressed…take a pill; if you have hypertension…take a pill; if you can’t sleep…take a pill…the list goes on almost indefinitely. We are therefore conditioned to believe if there are no pills involved (and remember that pills are drugs, all of which have dangerous side-effects), then it must be bogus. Few appear to realize that humans have survived for approximately six million years, and in our present human form for 40,000 years, without pills, cremes or machines.

Click HERE and you will see two photos of Tian Yong, one at 50 years of age and one at 51 years of age. I am sure you will agree that both these photos appear to be of a woman in her twenties. When visiting Canada at 49 years of age, Tian Yong wanted to enter a casino in Niagara Falls, but was forced to show her ID to the security officer at the door because a person must be over 19 years of age to enter the casino. Tian Yong’s son was actually older than the security officer.

AMERICANS SPEND OVER $100,000,000,000 ANNUALLY
TRYING TO LOOK YOUNGER

Americans spare no expense to try to look younger, for example:
• Skin Cremes…$60-$70billion annually. If anyone invented a skin crème which made you look younger, they would have more money than Bill Gates.
• Weight Loss Programs…$40-$50billion annually. I haven’t noticed an outbreak of slimness recently...have you?
• Botox…$2billion annually. This involves injecting poison into your forehead to avoid the appearance of wrinkles…need I say more?
• Liposuction…Almost $2billion annually…This is for people who have given up trying to find a way to lose weight and keep it off.
There you have it…This is how Americans are trying to look young and slim. They won’t look any younger but their wallets will be much slimmer.

REVERSE THE AGING PROCESS AND EXTEND LIFESPAN

This ebook was co-authored by myself, Brian Cox, and Grand Master Tian Yong. I am a self-confessed “health nut” and visited China every year for six years until I moved to Chongqing, a very traditional city, where I lived for four years. Tian Yong is a native of Chongqing and her family has lived in that area for centuries.

Click HERE to look at the Table of Contents of this book, “Reversing the Aging Process and Extending Lifespan”. There is no question that this book is probably worth ten times, possibly a hundred times the cost. It depends, of course, on how important it is to you to retain or regain the characteristics of youth and slow the aging process.

Book includes the Special Bonus Appendix entitled
"Preventing, Reducing, and Even Eliminating Wrinkles"
